The fastauto.be website is published by FAST.EU, a company incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 1025.613.563, with its registered office in Wavre (Belgium).
FASTAUTO.BE is the buy-and-sell arm of FAST.EU. Any correspondence about the site or about a file may be sent to the registered office, quoting the file number.
Site hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States), delivered through its European network. Form data hosting: Supabase, on infrastructure located within the European Union.
The texts, visuals and pricing models on this site are original and protected. The valuations shown are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of article 5.71 of the Belgian Civil Code: only the firm offer, issued after inspection of the vehicle, binds FAST.EU.
Personal data
Data controller: FAST.EU, at the registered office address given above.
Data collected through the form: make, model, year of first registration, mileage, declared condition, valuation range shown, name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), browsing language, and the origin parameters of the visit (advertising campaign, click identifiers).
Purposes: handling the valuation request, calling the person back, issuing a purchase offer, and measuring the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.
Legal bases: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for handling the file; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for advertising audience measurement.
Recipients: authorised staff at FAST.EU, and the database hosting processor. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention: 24 months from the last contact, then deletion. Files that resulted in a sale are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
No automated decision-making: the online valuation is an indicative calculation; the firm offer is issued by a person after inspection of the vehicle.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable by post to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
